An expert on the UK experienced hire talent market (including regions), who thrives on making data-driven decision-making, shares our love of insights and innovation, but who, like the rest of our small team, is just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves and running projects and delivering campaigns. Use your expertise across varied multi-channel approaches to deliver real impact to our audience personas and brand perceptions through efficient marketing activations.

Beyond marketing, this is also a role about relationships. Working with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, you can explain brand benefits in simple, business terms. You're prepared to listen, educate, challenge, adapt and inspire to ensure the best outcomes and return while working with people at all levels.

We also pride ourselves on our strong agency and internal relationships, so will expect high standards of project management, sharp brief writing skills and an attitude that's all about the partnership.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and lead marketing strategies for Experienced Professional audiences - from brand building to conversion, and from back-office support roles to Senior Directors and Alumni.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand, EVP, purpose, values, and (IDE) principles.
  • Interpret audience and industry research to inform long-term strategies.
  • Develop innovative, targeted, KPI focused marketing solutions to address recruitment challenges.
  • Act as an Employer brand guardian and internal expert in all matters related to Employer Brand and experienced hires to a wide range of stakeholders.


  • What will you need to do it?

  • Substantial experience in recruitment marketing, ideally in complex organizations with a focus on specialist roles across areas such as consulting, law, accounting, audit and technology.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver candidate attraction campaigns at all levels, with quantifiable outcomes.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience turning insights and data into strategy.
  • Demonstrable understanding of regional UK hiring market challenges and digital and social marketing.
  • Highly experienced in budget management and complex project management.
  • Collaborative style and proactive approach.
