The Admiralty is a high volume pub on Trafalgar Square. We serve anyone who is visiting or working in the area from naval officers to tourists across the globe. We sell a lot of fish & chips, and as we are an Ale & Pie house, pies too. We are looking for an experienced sous chef used to high volume British food with high standards in food safety & presentation. You will work with a dedicated team & enjoy training & supporting junior chefs to improve & progress. We are open 7 days a week, so flexibility in days and hours, and ability to commute to central London are required.
