We are seeking anexceptionally organised, energeticHead Holiday Nanny to support a high-profile family during their summer stay in London. The role isnot a traditional nanny position, as each of thesix childrenwill have theirown dedicated nanny.
Instead, you will take the lead as themaster planner and organiser, coordinatingdaily schedules, activities, and outingsacross the city. You will ensure that all children, nannies, and the family’s private driver arewell-prepared, punctual, and smoothly guided through the vibrant experience of London.
Designing and managing afun, enriching itinerarytailored to the children's ages and interests
Booking and coordinatingtickets, tours, activities, and child-friendly dining options
Liaising withdrivers, nannies, venues, and parentsto ensure seamless transitions throughout the day
Providinglocal insightand ensuring the group maximises their time in London
Acting as themain point of contact and group leaderon all excursions
Fluent in Arabic and English
Strong knowledge ofLondon's child-friendly attractions, museums, events, parks, and entertainment options
Proven experience inchildcare, family support, or luxury travel planning
Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Confident managing logistics andleading a team in a busy environment
Flexible, discreet, and professional at all times
This is alive-out position, withfull-time hours, flexibility required depending on the day’s plans.
