Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan is seeking experienced Groundworkers to join a major civils project in the Exeter area. You will work on drainage, excavation and concrete works as part of a skilled groundworks team on a long-term site.

We require a valid CSCS card relevant to groundworks, strong civils experience and a proven drainage background. Reliable, team-focused operatives who can start immediately are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• CSCS card relevant to groundworks (labourer cards not accepted).
• Strong civils/groundworks experience.
• Proven drainage experience.
• Experience on larger civils projects preferred over residential work.
• Reliable with a good attitude and a team player.
• Willing to get stuck in and work as part of a team.

Groundworkers – Major Civils Project

We are currently looking for experienced Groundworkers to join a major civils project in the Exeter area.

We are looking for reliable, experienced operatives with a strong civils and groundworks background, particularly those with proven drainage experience.

The Role

You will be involved in a range of civils and groundworks activities, including:

• Drainage
• Excavation
• Pile trimming
• Levels and slab preparation
• Concrete works
• General groundworks
• Finishing works

Requirements

• Skilled CSCS card relevant to groundworks – Labourer cards will NOT be accepted
• Strong civils / groundworks experience
• Proven drainage experience
• Ideally experience on larger civils projects rather than predominantly residential work
• Reliable with a good attitude
• Willing to get stuck in and work as part of a team

We are particularly interested in good individual Groundworkers rather than established gangs, although pairs who already work well together will be considered.

Long-term work is available for reliable operatives.
