Job summary

Diamond is seeking an experienced Groundworker for a private residential housing development in West Mersea, Colchester area. The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with a pay of £220 per day.

You will perform drainage alterations, drain cover movements, and assist with services entering riser cupboards and slab work. Ideal candidates have 3+ years UK groundworks on building sites, provide two references, and hold a valid CSCS Card.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience on UK building sites as a Groundworker.
• Two up-to-date references of previous work completed.
• CSCS Card required.

Responsibilities

• Perform low drainage alterations (bends) for downpipes and moving & raising drain covers.
• Work on utilities services entering in riser cupboards and laying concrete slabs.
• Assist with site drainage and general groundwork tasks on private residential housing developments.
