Booby Tape & Bianca and Bridgett are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer.

Booby Tape is the World’s First Breast Lift Tape! Born in 2018, Booby Tape has quickly become a must-have fashion/beauty product. Our inexpensive Breast Lift in a Box has changed women's lives and revolutionized how we wear tricky outfits that typically require a bra.

Bianca and Bridgett, Melbourne Celebrity Fashion Stylists, founded the label after 7 years of styling clients and noticing a demand for their style of clothing. They aimed to create an affordable label that could dress their celebrity clientele.

The Role

As an online business, our Design & Marketing team plays a crucial role in presenting our products effectively. We seek a fashion-forward, stylish, and tech-savvy Graphic Designer to create innovative content and keep our visuals fresh.

This is a fast-paced environment with rapid growth, offering potential for career progression. You will have the opportunity to work in our stunning, brand-new HQ in a fun, social office environment where hard work is valued.

The ideal candidate :

• Experience with Shopify is preferred.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of social, print, and digital media, including creating static images, reels, and stories for social platforms.
• Knowledge of bleeds, trims, crop marks, and proper setup of artwork for print.
• Excellent photo retouching and video editing skills.
• Experience in packaging design and creating mock-ups.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of fashion and style.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Driver's license required.
• Exceptional English communication skills.

Key responsibilities :

• Managing and updating website content and aesthetics.
• Creating and scheduling daily social media posts.
• Developing marketing campaigns and weekly EDMs.
• Designing packaging and preparing artwork for print, liaising with printers.
• Updating existing packaging designs and creating new ones aligned with brand identity.
• Designing artwork for business events and look books.

Optional skills that would be advantageous but are not mandatory:

• Experience with Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
• Knowledge of GS1 barcode sizing and testing.
