We are afriendly NHS GP Practice in London - Grays Inn Medical Group (Grays Inn Medical Group HampsteadandGrays Inn Medical Group West Hampstedin North London, Grasy's Inn Medical Group Chancery Lane in central London, and Grays Inn Medical GroupVauxhall in South London)

We arelooking for a full-time/part time experienced Practice Nurse to work in our North London practices.

We areseeking someone who is positive, enthusiastic and experienced with good teamworking skills and flexibility.

Job responsibilities

The mainresponsibilities of the post:

The role of the Practice Nurseis to work within their scope of practice. The Practice Nursing will provideand deliver a high standard of nursing care.

The Practice Nurse will safelymeet the patients needs to include; undertaking routine procedures includingmeasuring and interpreting blood glucose levels, recording and interpretingvital signs, wound care, adult and childhood immunisations, smear tests andvarious LTC checks and reviews.

The Practice Nurse will beexpected to carry out planned care to our patients.

The successful applicant must beflexible, a good team worker, used to working under pressure, have excellentinterpersonal and IT skills and be able to communicate effectively withpatients and the team.
