Experienced GP Clinical Pharmacist NMP and Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Advanced Practitioner who is caring, compassionate, and experienced. The post holder will operate within their professional boundaries, demonstrating critical thinking and providing comprehensive care for patients. Responsibilities include initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care evaluation.
