With a holistic approach to understanding each one of our students and their unique learning behaviours, we create bespoke curricula and proprietary resources, leveraging their natural strengths to help them develop a passion towards maths. This mission is fuelled by our fundamental belief that anyone can be good at maths if it is taught in the right way.

Job Description

  1. Set high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils.
  2. Demonstrate strong classroom management skills such that you can manage up to 6 students in a lesson.
  3. Promote good progress and outcomes for learners by maintaining high expectations.
  4. Commit to weekly Saturday and/or Sunday classes, contributing a minimum of 4 hours of tutoring weekly.
  5. Give 48 hours notice for unexpected absences.
  6. Demonstrate a willingness to develop and grow your skills as a tutor.
  7. Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills.

Qualifications

  1. A or A* in Physics.
  2. A degree or equivalent qualification in Physics, or related field (preferred but not essential with proven experience).
  3. Previous experience teaching or tutoring maths at the GCSE & A-level is essential.
  4. Comfortable using online platforms, digital tools, and resources such as iPads and Notability.
