Madisons are recruiting for an Experienced Gardener to join on a permanent basis for a client based in Chiswick, London.

This role involves working across West and East London.

Responsibilities:

• Work within a leading landscape design company
• Primarily focus on residential projects
• Garden maintenance experience: mowing, pruning, planting, etc.
• Liaise directly with clients
• Manage on-site paperwork
• Order materials
• Supervise and lead the on-site team
• Maintain high standards of work as per client expectations
• Possess excellent horticultural knowledge, including plant identification, pest control, pruning techniques, and plant care

Requirements:

• Starting salary of GBP 35,000 per annum, subject to plant knowledge and training
• Immediate start available
• Working hours: 7:45 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Driving license preferred
