Madisons is recruiting an Experienced Gardener to join on a permanent basis for a client based in Chiswick, London.

This role involves working across West and East London.

Responsibilities:

• Working within a leading landscape design company
• Primarily involved in residential projects
• Garden maintenance including mowing, pruning, and planting
• Direct communication with clients
• Managing on-site paperwork
• Ordering materials
• Leading and overseeing the on-site team
• Maintaining high standards of work as per client expectations
• Applying excellent horticultural knowledge, including plant and pest identification, pruning techniques, and plant care

Requirements:

• Starting salary of £35,000 per annum, depending on plant knowledge and training
• Immediate start available
• Working hours: 7:45 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Driving license preferred
