Job summary

E M Gray & Co Ltd, a respected wealth management firm in Belfast, is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join the team. You can choose employed or self-employed options; the firm offers a bespoke remuneration package and strong support to grow your client base.

The successful candidate will manage an existing client portfolio, provide comprehensive financial planning, and identify growth opportunities across pensions, investments, and retirement planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Financial Adviser / Financial Planner.
• Ability to transfer and service an existing client bank and recurring revenue stream.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
• Level 4 Diploma or higher as minimum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic financial planning and wealth management advice to private clients.
• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients.
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional client service and regular reviews.
• Identify opportunities for growth across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, professional introducers, networking, and personal contacts.
• Work collaboratively with paraplanners, administrators, and the wider support team.
• Ensure all advice is delivered in accordance with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
