A prestigious construction company seeks an experienced Document-Controller for a significant project in Central London. The role requires 3+ years of experience, managing documentation for a high-value refurbishment. An experienced Document-Controller is required for a highly prestigious project on a Grade-One listed building in Westminster/St. James's Park.
Duties include providing a document-management service to assist with the handover of a high-value construction refurbishment, within time and budget:
As such applicants are required to have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience - working within a construction environment is beneficial plus experience of Procore, SharePoint etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential - both oral and written - plus a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively as a part of a small team, within a fast-moving environment.
Works are scheduled for 12-18 months within a highly prestigious building in Central London - the role has considerable scope and the very real potential to lead-on to projects of similar scale and prestige.
