Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking to make your mark in construction recruitment? We're seeking a driven professional to join our thriving blue collar construction recruitment agency in Sutton Coldfield.

About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and managing client relationships acrossthe Midlands while building a reliable pool of skilled construction contractors and trades people. This is a 360-degree role where you'll handle both business development and candidate management, as well as getting out on site and meeting new clients.

Key Responsibilities

Your days will be dynamic and varied, including:
