The community staff nurse is a member of the Integrated Health Team, who undertakes professional duties in the client's homes and clinics to ensure provision of high standard nursing care and health promotion. To work across professional boundaries, providing comprehensive health care that is sensitive to the needs of the local population.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic, forward thinking Community Nursing Team. Our aim is to provide a high standard of evidence based care to housebound patients within their own homes and to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions. The successful candidate will have a have a general knowledge of current best practice in Community Nursing. The Service operates seven days a week and flexible working is required. The requirements are that you should hold a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel across the Rural North area. A mileage allowance is available.
