A reputable recruitment firm is looking for an Experienced Commercial Account Handler in South Yorkshire. This position offers successful candidates to develop their skills within a commercial insurance environment working with G.I risk. The role will include mainly internal work and some external client visits where necessary. There would also be a succession plan in place if desired to move to a full-time external role going forward and servicing your client bank.
Ideal candidates should have 2 to 3 years commercial insurance experience and be currently either working within a broking or underwriting environment. This role would offer a great opportunity for less experienced candidates to make the "next step up" and make a real impact within a smaller office environment. It is essential that you can communicate well at all levels and also have a can-do attitude and be pro active in your approach. The role with include presenting risks to the insurer markets and building and maintaining underwriter relationships to ensure you are getting the best deals/terms for the client.
Attractive basic salary up to £36k plus benefits.
