Job summary

Driver Hire Glasgow is seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver (HGV 1, Cat C+E) for a 2-week assignment in September in Polmadie.

You must hold UK C+E licence with digital tachograph card and full CPC, be physically fit, and able to operate a low-loader with trailer, with no more than 6 points.

Pay is PAYE £15.50 basic, overtime £20.61; holiday pay and NI are paid via PAYE.

Job description

Due to an increase in business Driver Hire Glasgow are looking to recruit a Class 1, HGV 1, Cat C+E, with experience for 2 weeks work in September in Polmadie.

As a competent and experienced Class 1 Driver, you will have:

• UK C+E licence with digital tacho card and full CPC
• Physically fit and capable of lifting materials
• Experience driving a low-loader with trailer
• No more than 6 points for minor offences
• An understanding of driver hours and regulations

Pay and Hours

• Basic Pay / PAYE rate £15.50
• Overtime Pay / PAYE rate £20.61
• Working for Driver Hire Glasgow you will be accrue holiday pay pension benefits all PAYE and National Insurance is paid directly to HMRC.
• The working pattern may be variable, with overtime payments after 8 hours .
