This therapeutic provision houses 4 children and young people aged 11–18 with diagnoses of EBD (Emotional Behavioural Difficulties), SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health), or complex trauma needs.

Our provider adopts a child-focused ethos, emphasizing safety, security, consistency, and respecting children’s wishes.

Requirements:

• Experience working with therapeutic models such as P.A.C.E.
• Level 3 Children and Young People’s Workforce qualification or willingness to achieve it.
• Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviours or trauma.
• Flexibility with shifts.
