Are you a dedicated, compassionate and experienced care professional looking to make a real difference in your community? At First City Care Group, we've been supporting individuals across Swindon since 1999 and we're growing our team of experienced carers.

Holding a qualification in Health and Social Care opens doors to working within a multidisciplinary team and holding more autonomy in your role.

This is a community-based position supporting individuals recently discharged from hospital.Your role will be key in helping them regain independence and confidence at home.

Location: Swindon & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £14.50 per hour + 35p per mile mileage
Hours: Full-time, Part time, Weekends
Shifts Available: Morning (07:00-15:00) and/or Evenings (15:00-23:00)

Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role, as you\'ll be travelling between client homes throughout Swindon and nearby areas.

What You\'ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual
• Support with personal care, medication, mobility, and daily routines
• Assist with light housework and meal preparation
• Promote independence and confidence during recovery
• Mentor junior team members and support new starters
• Work closely with other health and social care professionals

What We\'re Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year\'s experience in health & social care (community experience preferred)
• A minimum of a NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Flexibility to travel between client homes in the local area
