Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Location: 2 days in office | 3 days remote

Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for education and people? We're looking for a motivated Education Resourcer to join our busy team and support a high-performing consultant in sourcing top education professionals for schools across the region.

About the Role

As an Education Resourcer, you'll work 1:1 with a busy consultant, playing a vital role in identifying and connecting with talented education practitioners — including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff — as new roles come in.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for live education vacancies
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and maintaining regular contact
  • Managing job adverts and database updates
  • Supporting the consultant with shortlisting, compliance, and interview coordination
