Our client has been providing Site Inspection Services since it was established in 1997.

Over the past 20+ years, they have provided flexible levels of input and demonstrated value to their clients by raising issues during the construction process that would otherwise have been overlooked. Such issues usually concern the use of sub-standard materials, shortcuts in acceptable building practices, or issues that would have created future maintenance problems and additional costs.

They are seeking a Clerk of Works to take on this role for a period of 24 months on a part-time (2 days per week) basis. Induction, in-house training and insurances will be provided to the successful candidate and there may be the opportunity of further work in the surrounding area upon completion of the project.

The Role
  • Monitoring construction site resources.
  • Ensuring compliance to contract documents.
