Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Bench Joiner in Hemel Hempstead to join a well-established carpentry and woodwork warehouse. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on role crafting bespoke furniture and woodwork products to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture high-quality furniture and joinery products according to technical drawings
• Operate a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all projects
• Work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced workshop environment
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bench joiner or in a similar carpentry-based role
• Strong understanding of furniture construction techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Competency in using woodworking machinery and tools
• Relevant qualifications in carpentry or woodwork
