Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks to Hawksmoor standards.
• Deliver engaging, knowledgeable and friendly service at the bar.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean and well organized.
• Work closely with the floor team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Learn and develop your cocktail and spirits knowledge.
