We are currently looking for Baristas and Site Leads!

While experience in coffee and/or supervisory roles is preferred, we are open to developing candidates with a growth mindset who may not have prior experience. Role descriptions will vary depending on the position applied for. Please specify the role you are applying for in your cover letter.

You

• Have previous barista experience, ideally in specialty coffee (not mandatory, interest to learn is key)
• Can develop and maintain extensive knowledge of quality products and communicate this to guests in an approachable manner
• Model professionalism by anticipating customer needs and tailoring service to provide a memorable experience
• Cultivate a positive, proactive culture through communication and teamwork
• Continue to challenge yourself, expand your knowledge of coffee, business, and people, and share this knowledge with team members
