Experienced Bar and Waiting Staff for Events in and Around Ayr!

Join the Arc Team! Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality? Arc is hiring enthusiastic bar and waiting staff in Ayr and nearby areas. If you love creating great customer experiences, we want you!

What You'll Do:

• Serve customers with a smile
• Take orders and deliver food and drinks
• Keep the bar and dining areas tidy
• Handle customer queries and issues
• Work seamlessly with your team

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a bar or restaurant is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Must be 18 or older

Location & Pay:

Based in Ayr, UK. Pay: £12.21/hour + holiday pay, total £13.68 for 21+ years old.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
• Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
• Friendly, reliable, and a team player
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills

Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
• Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
• Keeping queues moving and spirits high
• Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
