Position Summary

Guggenheim Securities (“GS”) is seeking an exceptional, experienced Associate to join its Technology & Services Investment Banking group based in London. Our London-based Technology & Services team is an integral part of GS’ global franchise and leads the coverage and execution of transactions for companies across Europe. The group advises clients on a broad range of financial and strategic matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity/equity-linked and debt financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and private capital raises. Associates will join a highly collaborative team responsible for providing M&A advisory and capital raising (equity and fixed income) service and capabilities to corporate clients. GS offers a unique opportunity to work as part of small client teams on major strategic and financing assignments, providing meaningful exposure to senior bankers and client representatives.
