We are looking for an experienced Art Teacher to join our dynamic team at a thriving state secondary school in Stafford. As an experienced Art Teacher you will teach across Key Stages 3 4 and 5 inspiring students to develop their creativity and technical skills in a range of artistic media. As an experienced Art Teacher you will play a key role in shaping the artistic direction of the department while helping students at KS5 to prepare for their future in the arts or other creative fields.

As an experienced Art Teacher your role will include:
Teaching Art and Design across Key Stages 3 4 and 5 including ALevel allowing you to engage with students at all stages of their artistic journey.
Delivering highquality lessons across a variety of media such as drawing painting mixed media photography and digital art.
Supporting students at KS5 to achieve their best preparing them for exams and helping them refine their portfolios.
Providing detailed feedback and assessments to help students progress and reach their potential in Art.
Getting involved in extracurricular activities including art clubs exhibitions and school trips.
Working collaboratively with fellow Art Teachers to continue developing and enhancing the art curriculum.
We are looking for an experienced Art Teacher who:
Holds QTS and a relevant degree in Art Fine Art or Art & Design.
Has experience teaching Art across Key Stages 3 4 and 5 with a proven track record of success in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Is passionate about Art education and excited to work with students at all levels particularly those at KS5.
Has strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain high academic standards in Art.
Enjoys working collaboratively with other Art Teachers to improve and adapt the curriculum.
Is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where all students can thrive artistically.
