Experienced Architectural Technician (Team Leader)

Location: Chelmsford

Salary: £35-45,000 DOE

An established RIBA Chartered Practice is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician with a substantial practical experience to join its team. The successful candidate will contribute to a growing portfolio of projects, particularly within the residential sector for national housebuilders and private developers. This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility and clear progression opportunities within a supportive, design-led environment. Candidates must be highly proficient in AutoCAD with a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations. While Revit experience is desirable, it is not essential. The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, technically capable, and confident in team collaboration and client interaction.
