You will carry out routine tasks such as feeding, watering, environmental enrichment, and monitor animal health, with regulated procedures possible for license holders. The role requires precision, good observation, and reliable transport; applicants should be immediately available to start.

Are you an Experienced Animal Technician looking for the opportunity to join a friendly, professional company?

We are currently looking for a hardworking, immediately available Animal Technician to join our client in London and assist with the day-to-day workload of their BSU.

The primary purpose of this role is to support daily animal husbandry and welfare within our client’s facilities; if you are a license holder, you may also be required to perform regulated procedures.

Your primary role as an Animal Technician will include assisting in the daily husbandry and welfare of animals; you will perform daily routine tasks, such as feeding and watering.

Your primary duties will include:

• Reporting and resolution of any impact on the health of the animals
• Providing food, water and environmental enrichment
• Measuring and recording of body weights, food and water consumption
• Cleaning and sanitisation of all facilities
• Monitoring and general upkeep of all the animal facilities

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in conducting regulated procedures
