Job Opportunity: Roofing & Cladding Specialist

Salary: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience

Projects: Roofing & Cladding (Residential & Commercial)

Location: Christchurch, New Zealand

About The Role

Responsibilities

• Installing metal roofing sheets and insulated panels
• Implementing long-run roofing systems and exterior wall cladding
• Working with membrane products, Coloursteel, and aluminium
• Installing flashings and rainwater systems
• Measuring and cutting timber and metal materials

Requirements

• At least 1 year of roofing experience, preferably in metal or concrete roofing
• Positive attitude towards quality and team culture
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Valid Site Safe certification (assistance available)
• Comfortable working at heights
• Own hand and power tools
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Class 1 driver’s license and reliable transport
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing
