Overview

A medium sized accountancy practice based in Oldham is seeking an Experienced Accountant to join their expanding business. The business undertakes all accountancy functions including accounts preparation, audit, tax and advisory.

Responsibilities

• You will manage a portfolio of clients who will be introduced to you by the partner who give you knowledge and background of the client base.
• The main focus of the role will be producing company accounts, tax and VAT returns for small and medium sized companies within different industrial sectors alongside giving advice as appropriate.
• Additionally, you will be undertaking ad hoc accountancy assignments and projects as they arise.

Qualifications

• An accountancy practice Accountant will several years experience is required for this role. Ideally qualified but not essential, you must have managerial and excellent communication abilities with a desire to achieve success through people.
