Baco-Compak (Norfolk) Limited is a busy, successful, local family run waste and recycling business and we are looking for an experienced hard working and flexible certificated 360 material handler operator to work alongside our existing operators at our recycling centre located in Bawsey.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Good attendance and be reliable and punctual.
• The ability to adapt quickly to changes in the workplace.
• Effective communication skills and a good understanding of English.
• Relevant experience is essential.

This is a Monday to Friday role with some Saturday mornings as and when required. The successful candidate will need to have a flexible attitude towards working hours as they may be required to stay late on occasion to load lorries.
