You’ll join the Johnnie Walker Experience Leadership Team, working alongside experts across hospitality, visitor experience, food & beverage, retail and marketing to deliver exceptional events and guest experiences in one of Scotland’s leading visitor attractions.
As an Experience Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of our guided tours and tasting experiences. From preparing tasting rooms and managing stock to supporting operational excellence, you’ll help ensure every visitor enjoys a premium and memorable experience.
