Job summary

Stellar Global, a premium retail experience partner, seeks a Product Expert for Home Ground showroom. You will deliver exceptional coffee experiences, conduct brand demonstrations, and facilitate bookable appointments while supporting masterclasses and live content creation.

You will bring barista expertise, premium service, and product knowledge to inspire customers to get the best from Sage, Lelit, Baratza and Beanz brands, in a showroom setting with camera-backed content and live events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Genuine passion for coffee and enthusiasm for learning about brands/products.
• Strong barista skills or ability to demonstrate them after training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to individuals/groups.
• Confident appearing on camera and supporting live shopping/digital content.
• Confident engaging with customers both virtually and in-person.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safe handling; follow procedures.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and flexibility.

Do you love/drink coffee, are you an experienced barista, content creator and open to work 5 days per week, Monday- Friday in a premium coffee showroom?

- £30k per year plus bonus

- 37.5 contracted hours

Overall purpose of the role:

As a Product Expert, you will be part of a passionate and knowledgeable team at Home Ground, a premium coffee showroom bringing together the Sage, Lelit, Baratza and Beanz brands within the BRG portfolio. You will bring these brands to life through exceptional coffee experiences, expert demonstrations and personalised customer interactions. Your primary focus will be delivering outstanding customer experiences by combining barista expertise, premium customer service and extensive product knowledge to inspire customers to get the very best from our brands.

Working within our showroom, you will prepare and serve premium coffee, welcome customers through personalized product demonstrations ( coffee machines) and bookable appointments, support masterclasses, retailer events and other customer experiences. You will also play an active role in live shopping, both behind the scenes and in front of the camera, while supporting reactive content creation, community management and Live Chat service to engage customers across our digital channels.

You have (Knowledge/experience required) :

• Proven experience in sales, hospitality, retail or customer service.

• A genuine passion for coffee and enthusiasm for learning about our brands and products.

• Strong barista skills, or the ability to demonstrate these skills to the required standard following training.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence presenting to individuals and groups.

• Confidence appearing on camera and supporting live shopping and digital content.

• Confidence engaging with customers both virtually and physically.

• An understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling, with a commitment to following all required procedures.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, flexible approach to work.

What we offer:

• £30k annual salary plus bonus
• 37.5 hours contract
• Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
• Shift times: 08:30 - 17:00 or09:00 - 17:30
• Permanent role (3 months probation)
• Intensive training will be provided
