Jobtailor in Manchester is seeking a knowledgeable knowledge management professional to lead data quality and experience capture within our global system. You will act as a subject matter expert and support users across the firm.

You will leverage AI tools such as Co-Pilot and Writer, develop reports, monitor usage with Power BI dashboards, and drive continuous improvements to data, processes, and workflows. Strong analytical ability, collaboration, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree level education with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in complex legal and business research in a law or professional services firm.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive team player who can collaborate and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised, resilient, and able to meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the firm's global experience management system as SME.
• Manage data quality and experience capture processes; provide technical user support.
• Check data for errors and gaps; standardise credentials for accuracy.
• Carry out complex experience searches, develop reports, and guide users.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline experience capture.
• Monitor system usage and analyse metrics using Power BI dashboards.
• Contribute to system, data, and workflow improvements.
• Build relationships with Experience Management and MBD teams, knowledge lawyers, and stakeholders.
