About the Role

The Experience Centre Manager is responsible for managing and operating the Experience Centre in Bracknell, to increase customer engagement, brand loyalty and revenue for Midwich. By ensuring we deliver an exceptional customer experience, representing the latest technology & solutions from strategic UK group partners and driving key marketing & event initiatives to boost customer engagement and the profile of Midwich.

What you will be doing in this role

  • End to End Customer Experience Management: ensure a world-class experience for all visitors and manage the process from interest to booking, delivering the tour, follow up and link to sale.
  • Customer Growth Plan: own and drive a customer engagement and growth plan to increase footfall, event usage and profile of the Experience Centre.
  • Strategic Vendor Partnerships & Revenue Generator Plan: ensure we have strategic UK group partners represented in the centre with the latest technology and seek investment.
  • Technology Demonstration: Set up, configure, and operate systems for live tours & demonstrations, ensuring all equipment and the centre is in optimal working condition.
  • Sales & PM: Collaborate with the sales and product management teams to develop and execute customer engagement strategies that drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Centre Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the Experience Centre, including product refresh, tech management, full governance and a change control process.
  • Marketing & Events: Work with the marketing team to host workshops, product launches, and industry events within the Experience Centre. Generate ideas for a marketing refresh and continual campaign.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor visitor engagement, capture feedback on customer interactions to continually improve the overall experience and report on ROI.

What you will bring to the role

  • Have experience in customer management, a customer centric and sales mindset.
  • Experience in Event Planning & Customer Tour / Demonstration
  • Industry Knowledge and be tech-savvy to understand tech applications at end user level.
  • Skilled on key tech areas of AV, UC&C, LED, Audio, Interactive, Projection, Extended Reality, Security, Broadcast solutions
  • Strong Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, staff, and senior management.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
  • An understanding of modern marketing and PR trends
  • Strong organisational skills
