The ideal candidate will utilize skills in Galileo Smartpoint, manage client communications, and provide comprehensive travel solutions. This mid-senior level position offers a hybrid working model, part office and part remote.

• Experienced business travel consultant for Music / Entertainment Corporate travel.
• Full use of Galileo Smartpoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling air, hotels, ground transport, and meet and greet assists.
• Managing refunds and re-issues as possible.
• Communicating with clients regarding travel arrangements.
