Job summary

Hiddenwell is seeking an Expansion Projects Manager & Technical Lead to helm the technology delivery behind our hotel and spa property developments. Based at Head Office, Moreton-in-Marsh, with travel to spa and hotel properties, the role blends technical leadership, project management and commercial thinking.

You'll own IT projects from assessment through refurbishment to go-live and handover, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT projects for multi-site hospitality properties.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Comfortable communicating with technical and operational teams.
• Travel to hotel and spa properties as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT delivery for property closures, refurbishments and openings.
• Manage technology projects from assessment to go-live and support.
• Assess properties for risks and opportunities in technology.
• Oversee PMS, POS, payments, networks, cybersecurity and guest services.
• Coordinate integrations with HR, finance, CRM/CDP and data systems.
