Exit Support Worker
Pay rate £21.21 per hour.

The Talent Crowd are recruiting for an Exit Support Worker to join a Team in Bolton. The role involves working with vulnerable young people who are at risk of exploitation, the EXIT team are co-located with GM Police.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a case load.
2. Complete specialist exploitation assessments and risk reduction and support plans.
3. Deliver direct work to young people and their families.
4. Deliver interventions to address concerns such as violence, offending, anti-social behaviour, substance misuse, peer pressure, ACE’s and impact of trauma.
5. Work within a multi-agency framework with GM Police as a main partner and offer support and consultation to additional partners who are supporting young people.
