About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join a leading player in the Events & Exhibitions industry. You’ll be the go-to expert for upselling products and services to exhibition clients—maximising commercial opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic team, work with a variety of clients, and contribute to exciting events!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Understand the full range of products and services on offer
  • Maximise revenue through proactive cross-selling and up-selling
  • Manage your own sales portfolio with confidence and ownership

? Business Development

  • Identify and convert new revenue opportunities
  • Work closely with leadership on targeted campaigns

? Account Management

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with exhibition clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales records

? Client Service & Support

  • Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients on event/venue requirements
  • Ensure all clients’ needs are met to a high standard

? Compliance & Collaboration

  • Follow all internal processes and contribute to wider team goals
  • Align with the NEC Venue and Group Sales strategy

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a sales or customer service role
  • Advantageous: Background in a contact centre or telephony-based sales environment
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Personality: Proactive, target-driven, and a natural problem-solver
  • Team Spirit: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider team
