We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Sales Executive to join a rapidly expanding mid-size events company.

Job Overview

The company runs a congress and exhibition series in Europe, Asia, and USA, with events ranging from large-scale congresses to mid-scale exhibitions.

The Role

The successful candidate will work under the Sales Manager to sell exhibition space, sponsorship, and delegate passes on a conference in Asia. The role requires a minimum of 2 hours per day call time, with an average deal value of £4,000 for exhibition sales and £2,000 per delegate.

Responsibilities

  • Sell exhibition space, sponsorship, and delegate passes on a conference in Asia
  • Source new leads and manage pipelines, contact management, and time effectively across time zones and event requirements
  • Manage clients to deliver on contracts, including liaison with production, marketing, and operations
  • Maintain a repeat business ratio of 75% and increase annual revenues from existing clients by 10% year on year
