Our central location in Boon Keng houses not only our offices but also a 300 sqm exhibition hall, specially designed to showcase our latest products and technologies. This space serves as an immersive environment where businesses, educators, families, and tech enthusiasts can explore and experience robotics in real-world scenarios.
We are currently looking for a passionate and organized Exhibition Hall Administrator to join our team. The role will be instrumental in creating an engaging, professional, and educational experience for all visitors—helping us bring our vision of intelligent robotics to life.
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
1. Provide support to other department on general administrative duties across all subsidiary companies from our head office:
a. Assisting the manager in overall general administrative activities and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office when needed
b. Preparing documents needed for the company, such as business proposal, presentation slides and etc.
c. Replenishing of office supplies
d. Taking notes and minutes in meetings
e. Filing, data entry, scanning & etc
f. Handling daily Phone Calls and Incoming/outgoing emails/messages.
2.Exhibition Hall & Guest Engagement:
a. Reception & Hosting: Greet visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism.
b. Showroom Presentations: Conduct engaging tours and demonstrations of our robotics exhibits.
d. Visitor Experience: Address inquiries, provide informational materials, and ensure a seamless visit.
e. Collaboration: Work with marketing/sales teams to align showroom activities with company goals.
3. Other ad-hoc duties as required by manager.
Requirements:
1. Diploma / Degree in related discipline
2. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills,
3. Good organization skills with the ability to communicate and manage the tasks well
4. Experience in Microsoft Office.
5. Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently under minimal supervision
6. Proficiency in English,
7. Basic to Intermediate Mandarin Chinese communication skills (spoken, essential for guest interaction and presentations). Ability to clearly greet, explain concepts simply, and answer basic questions in Mandarin is required.
Training will be provided.
