A leading creative events agency is seeking an experienced Visual Designer to join their dynamic team. Specialising in live, hybrid, and virtual events across the UK, Europe, UAE, and Asia, this award-winning agency is known for delivering innovative and engaging experiences—from large-scale conferences and exhibitions to immersive brand activations and award ceremonies.

They are now looking to hire a talented designer with a strong portfolio in event and environmental design to work on high-profile client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop visual concepts for events, including stage sets, exhibitions, networking spaces, and immersive environments.
• Create event floor plans, layouts, and 3D renderings.
• Ensure design concepts align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Work across print, digital, and motion design formats.
• Produce marketing and event collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage internal libraries of assets, imagery, and templates.
• Attend site visits for creative input and design requirements gathering.
• Stay updated on design trends and software developments in the industry.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Visual Design, 3D Design, Exhibition Design, Interior Design, or related field.
• Robust portfolio in event, experiential, or environmental design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering tools like V-Ray.
• Experience in 2D and 3D visual concepts.
• Understanding of spatial design, typography, layout, and branding.
• Ability to interpret briefs and incorporate feedback.
• Strong time management skills for multiple projects.
• Collaborative mindset and good interpersonal skills.
