Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, caretaking or facilities management roles.
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, both planned and reactive.
• Visit sites for compliance checks and remedial repairs.
• Supervise on-site contractors for major works.
• General site maintenance, cleaning and hygiene tasks as required.
• Provide efficient portering services under the Facilities Manager.
