The Role:
Managing a varied caseload of executry matters from start to finish
Liaising with clients, HMRC, and third parties to ensure efficient estate administration
Preparing and submitting relevant legal documentation
Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and firm procedures
Working closely with a team of experienced solicitors and other paralegals in a collaborative environment
The Person:
Experienced Paralegal with a background in private client or executry work (at least 1 year preferred)
A keen eye for detail and a highly organised approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Client-focused and able to manage sensitive matters with discretion
