The Role:

They are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in private client work and a passion for delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administering estates, both independently and alongside senior colleagues.
• Drafting Wills, Letters of Wishes, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills.
• Assisting with the establishment, administration, and winding up of family trusts and charities, including personal injury trusts.
• Advising on Inheritance Tax and other capital tax planning matters.
• Contributing to the team's business development strategy.

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a Private Client team is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• A proactive and professional approach to work.
