Job Description

Our client, an edgy and ideas driven production firm are seeking an EA to support their MD and small team of 3.

This is a new role so offers oodles of opportunity. Our client is seeking an EA (with approximately one to three years’ experience) who is collaborative, not afraid to ask questions and bring structure to their creativity. This role encompasses both EA responsibilities and light touch business development, supporting the MD follow up on her business leads and booking in follow up conversations with potential new clients. As such a strong and intelligent communicator is crucial.

Our client is coming into a busy period and with this being a new role, they are seeking a temp, with the possibility to progress to a fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of new pitches, projects, and support with the delivery.
  • Help coordinate timelines and team schedules.
  • Assist with creating visual materials (e.g. presentation slides or pitch decks).
  • Help keep production tracking documents up to date.
  • Support with scheduling meetings, organising diaries and international travel.
  • Assist with planning company events and booking restaurants, venues, or travel.

Key Skills:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate potential issues before they arise.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Some basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop) are a bonus.
  • Friendly and professional communication style, both written and verbal.
  • Calm and helpful under pressure, and happy to ask questions when unsure.
