Job description

Successful global Investment Bank are currently recruiting a confident, proactive, highly organised Executive Team Assistant within their Technology division supporting a fast pace, professional team of 8 including Bankers, VPs, MDs and Analysts. You will join a dynamic culture that values progression, the firm have over 1,000 staff globally with offices across Europe, Asia and America. You will be based in the City office initially until the end of 2025 when the firm are relocating to brand new offices in Marylebone.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience within Finance preferably investment banking/private equity at team level and be available to start asap (max 4 weeks notice), happy with a role based 5 days in the office.

Key duties:
• Extensive diary and inbox management
• Coordinating international travel, visas and itineraries
• Scheduling client meetings, reserving conference rooms
• Preparing presentations and research prior to client meetings
• Liaising with high profile clients and stakeholders
• Organising client and team events
• Managing expenses using Concur and reconciling statements
• Finance administration support
• Mentoring and buddying Team Assistants
• Providing project support to the Banking team and Office Manager
Ideal candidate:
• 3-5 years as a team PA/EA within a fast paced Financial services environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Highly organised, able to multi-task
• Friendly, can-do attitude and highly proactive
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• A team player, trustworthy and discrete
