Executive Support Officer (part time, 21 hours) - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Location Didsbury, Manchester

This is a Temporary , Part Time vacancy that will close 2 days ago at 23:59 BST .

The Vacancy

Executive Support Officer

This is a 12-month fixed-term, part-time contract (21 hours per week). Ideally, we’re looking for someone to work Monday to Wednesday, but we’re open to discussing alternative arrangements.

*Interview date - 27th May 2025*

You’ll provide effective and confidential support to the Executive Team; Directors and wider Senior Leadership Team.

What you’ll be doing

Providing confidential administrative support as necessary, including diary management, typing meeting and agenda management.

Attending meetings and taking accurate notes and minutes, maintaining decisions monitors and action monitors as required, ensuring that they are dispatched to agreed deadlines after the meeting and are followed up and reported on in a timely manner.

Carrying out additional administrative duties, including but not limited to, compiling documentation, obtaining signatures, invoice processing via ebis, completing team credit card reconciliations, makingtravel bookings and processing expense claims.

Acting as a key point of contact for the Executive and Directors, triaging enquiries and providing initial responses; escalating issues and complaints and responding as required to ensure the effective flow of information to internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll need

Experience of working in a corporate support environment, including carrying out duties including minute taking and meeting management.

Excellent use of the full range of Microsoft Office

Ability to work flexibly and to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working under pressure and with conflicting deadlines.

Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative

Ability to work with a high level of tact, diplomacy and discretion when working with sensitive information.
