A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Executive Support Officer to join our team, working alongside our Executive Directors. We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to provide high-quality, comprehensive, and confidential executive support to two of our Executive Directors (or an Executive Director and their deputy).
We have one full-time position and one 30-hour position available.
The role involves proactively managing the Directors' inbox, calendar, and workload, contributing to the effectiveness of our Executive Directors in managing the Trust.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience supporting a Senior Manager/Director, experience taking comprehensive and accurate minutes, and diary management skills.
You should be well-organised, able to work independently, and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with staff internally and externally.
