Key Duties Include
  • Being the first point of contact for the Executive Director.
  • Managing diaries, including planning, organising, and maintaining schedules.
  • Handling inbox management, including drafting responses, chasing and allocating actions, and forwarding communications.
  • Undertaking meeting administration, including preparing agendas, collating papers, taking minutes, maintaining action logs, and preparing reports.
  • Ensuring that bring-forward and pending systems are accurate to prepare the Director for upcoming meetings.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience supporting a Senior Manager/Director, experience taking comprehensive and accurate minutes, and diary management skills.

You should be well-organised, able to work independently, and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with staff internally and externally.
